- Web Development Services: Refunds for web development projects are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a project is terminated before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed up to that point.
- Website Hosting and Maintenance: Refunds for hosting and maintenance services are available within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service period.
- Consultation and Fixes: Payments for consultation and one-time fixes are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

Since all services are digital and tailored to your specific project, returns are not applicable. If anything isn't working as expected, please contact me directly and I'll work to resolve it promptly.

- Web Development Projects: If you wish to cancel a web development project, please notify me as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project.
- Website Hosting and Maintenance: You may cancel your hosting or maintenance service at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, a prorated refund will be issued based on the unused portion of the service period.
- Scheduled Consultations and Fixes: To cancel a scheduled consultation or fix, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Delivery Policy
All services are delivered electronically — via email, project tools, or directly on the web. Here's what to expect for each service type:
- Web Development Projects: The delivery timeline for web development projects will be outlined in the project proposal and contract. I will provide regular updates on the progress and estimated completion date.
- Website Hosting and Maintenance: Hosting and maintenance services will be activated within 24–48 hours of purchase. You will receive confirmation and access details via email.
- Consultation and Fixes: Scheduled consultations and fixes will be delivered at the agreed-upon time. Any required deliverables will be provided within the discussed timeframe.
