Reshef Meshulam runs online prep for Israel’s medical knowledge exam at scale: hundreds of students, hundreds of embedded Vimeo lessons, and workflows that do not fit off-the-shelf LMS products. I built and maintain the learning platform in Django.

Students follow a structured course tree with unit quizzes, exam simulations, flashcard review, and progress statistics. Staff author rich-text questions, run course groups, and handle support from a dedicated admin layer. The marketing site stays on WordPress and WooCommerce; accounts, video access, and learning data live in the LMS on PostgreSQL, with media on S3-compatible storage on DigitalOcean. The UI is right-to-left where Hebrew-first layouts are required.
